have been ordered and will provide you with the name of the credit reporting
company. You further agree that any vehicle dealers to whom we disclose your
Personal Information may also request a credit report in connection with
offering credit (or amending credit terms) or for collection purposes.

our Website, Products or Services if you withdraw your consent. 2. Our

with your express consent, for debt collection purposes, for loss or fraud
prevention purposes or for CF’s other legitimate interests. CF may further
disclose Personal Information if a law, regulation, search warrant, subpoena
or court order legally requires or authorizes us to do so. We will use
reasonable efforts to ensure that require that any third party to whom
Personal Information is disclosed provides a comparable level of protection
